目的:探讨肇庆市新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症筛查中促甲状腺激素(TSH)的切值,为临床新生儿疾病筛查提供科学依据。方法:选取2008年1月至2013年9月肇庆市242 984例新生活产婴儿,在出生72 h后采集足跟血液,滴于医用滤纸中,应用常规荧光酶免疫分析法(FEIA)检测促甲状腺激素(TSH)的浓度。统计肇庆市新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症筛查检出率,并确立TSH的切值。结果:所有参与研究的新生儿中,正常通过筛查的有242 984例,确诊先天性甲状腺功能减低症的患儿145例,检出率为0.06%。根据实际筛查结果,确定筛查TSH的切值为9.56μIU/m L。结论:确立TSH的切值能够显著降低肇庆市新生儿疾病诊断的误诊、漏诊率,为今后先天性甲状腺功能减低症筛查提供科学理论依据。
Objective: To investigate the cut-off value of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in neonatal congenital hypothyroidism screening in Zhaoqing City, providing a scientific basis for the screening of clinical neonatal diseases. Methods: From January 2008 to September 2013, 242 984 newborn infants in Zhaoqing City were collected. Heel blood was collected 72 hours after birth and dropped on the medical filter paper. The routine fluorescent enzyme immunoassay (FEIA) Thyroid hormone (TSH) concentration. Statistics Zhaoqing neonatal congenital hypothyroidism screening detection rate, and the establishment of TSH cut value.
