本文采用单颗粒磨削试验法分析了不同品级金刚石磨削反应烧结热等静压Si_3N_4陶瓷的磨损特性,测量了四种金刚石砂轮在一定磨削条件下磨削Si_3N_4陶瓷的磨耗比,探讨了金刚石砂轮的结合剂、磨料品级和粒度对砂轮磨损性能的影响。研究结果表明,金刚石砂轮的结合强度、磨料品级和粒度对砂轮的磨损性能有不同程度的影响,其中结合强度的影响最为显著。磨削Si_3N_4陶瓷时,选用青铜结合剂、JR_3级和较细粒度的金刚石砂轮有利于提高加工效率,降低砂轮的消耗。
In this paper, single-particle grinding test method was used to analyze the wear characteristics of different grade diamond grinding reaction hot isostatic pressing Si_3N_4 ceramics. The abrasion ratio of Si_3N_4 ceramics grinding under four grinding conditions was measured, Effect of Grinding Wheel Binder, Abrasive Grade, and Particle Size on Abrasiveness of Grinding Wheels. The results show that the bonding strength of diamond grinding wheel, abrasive grade and particle size have different degrees of wear on the grinding wheel, of which the bonding strength is the most significant. Grinding Si_3N_4 ceramics, the choice of bronze binder, JR_3-level and finer-grained diamond grinding wheel is conducive to improving the processing efficiency and reduce the consumption of the wheel.
