The culture of honest and clean administration is a kind of culture which takes the honest government as its ideological connotation and takes the culture as its manifestation. It is the product of the combination of building an honest and clean government and the cultural construction. To build a clean and honest administration culture, we must persistently take the cultivation of a new and popular anti-corruption culture with the characteristics of the times as a relentless pursuit and constantly enrich the contents of a clean and honest culture and strive to create a cultural brand that is dedicated to building a clean and honest cultural system with its own characteristics.
