为检测呼吸门控的准确性、了解定量的CT资料与肺通气功能的相关性,对患者组40例和对照组20例行临床肺通气功能检查、PulmoCT肺活量(VC)检测和呼吸门控下螺旋CT扫描。应用评估软件测定肺区平均CT值及像素指数(PI)。分析它们在各组间的差异及与肺通气功能的相关性。结果显示:PulmoCT检测的VC和临床测定的VC无显著性差异(P>0.05);各病变组平均CT值与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01);PI也有特征性改变且与肺通气功能相关。螺旋CT结合呼吸门控和自动化评估软件测定肺密度是一项精确、重复性好的方法
To detect the accuracy of respiratory gating and to understand the correlation between quantitative CT data and pulmonary ventilation, 40 patients in the patient group and 20 patients in the control group underwent clinical pulmonary function tests, PulmoCT vital capacity (VC) and respiratory gating Spiral CT scan.
