以泥炭、珍珠岩、蛭石、沤制锯末和腐熟松树皮为试材,配置成18种黑果腺肋花楸容器苗栽培基质,研究了不同基质配比对黑果腺肋花楸容器苗生长及叶片生理特性的影响,以期筛选出最适宜培育黑果腺肋花楸容器苗的基质,为完善黑果腺肋花楸容器育苗技术和提高苗木质量提供参考依据。结果表明:泥炭50%+蛭石30%+松树皮20%配方基质培育的黑果腺肋花楸容器苗的地径、株高、地上部鲜质量和干质量、根系鲜质量和干质量、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量均显著高于对照,而且该基质容重小,保水性和持水性俱佳,最适宜作为黑果腺肋花楸容器育苗基质进行推广应用。
Peat, perlite, vermiculite, sawdust and pine bark were used as test materials to construct 18 seedlings of Aronia Growth and physiological characteristics of leaves, with a view to screening out the most suitable substrate for cultivating seedlings of Aristolochia przewalskii, to provide reference for improving seedling raising techniques and improving seedling quality of Aronia. The results showed that the diameter, plant height, shoot fresh weight and dry weight of shoots, fresh weight and dry weight of root system of container seedlings of Aronia cultured by 50% peat + 30% vermiculite and 20% Chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content were significantly higher than the control, and the matrix of small weight, water retention and water holding capacity of the best, the most suitable as a black fruit Prickly ash Row seedling substrate for the promotion and application.
