由于高炉渣颗粒粒径大、级配性能差,某地基换填工程通过掺拌粉煤灰、碾压及重锤夯实对高炉渣进行了填料改良。通过对填料颗粒分析表明:碾压与重锤夯实的分层厚度合理;改良后的填料级配得到了改善,填料物理改良效果良好;因细颗粒含量不足,填料化学改良效果不良。填筑体内部孔隙组成及其对压实质量的影响分析表明,土体的粒间孔隙体积与土体总体积的比值作为压实质量评价的孔隙率指标更加合理,并提出了采用蜡封法测定高炉渣颗粒内部孔隙的相关计算公式。
