In recent years, the financial work of county-level trade unions has witnessed many new situations. The problems of new problems and funding management work have become increasingly prominent (difficulty in making and allocating funds for administrative work, difficulty in finding funds at grassroots levels, and difficulty in safeguarding the funds for trade union activities). In response to this situation, the General Finance Department of the province adopts the methods of on-face statistical survey and sampling key survey to determine the balance of payments and expenditures of 56 county-level trade unions and 10 key county-level unions.
