目的早期发现新生儿听力损伤,及早进行诊断、干预,促进其正常的言语发育。方法应用DPOAE仪器,对新生儿进行听力筛查,未通过初次筛查者,在出生后42 d接受听力复查,复查仍不通过者转至省级医院进一步做听力学检测,并及早采取干预措施。结果新生儿听力筛查684例,听力筛查率57.77%,4例诊断为听力障碍,发病率5.84‰。结论通过筛查,新生儿听力损失可以早期发现,早干预,有效促进婴儿语言发育。
Objective Early detection of neonatal hearing impairment, early diagnosis and intervention, and promote their normal speech development. Methods The DPOAE instrument was used to screen newborns for hearing screening. The patients who did not pass the initial screening were examined for hearing at 42 days after birth. The patients who failed to pass the review were transferred to provincial hospitals for further audiological examination and early interventions . Results 684 cases of neonatal hearing screening, hearing screening rate of 57.77%, 4 cases diagnosed as hearing loss, the incidence rate of 5.84 ‰. Conclusion Through screening, neonatal hearing loss can be early detection and early intervention, effectively promote infant language development.
