以聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂作为粘合剂,石墨/焦炭为基体,考察了组分含量不同时材料的摩擦磨损性能和导电性能的变化规律。揭示了组分含量对摩擦磨损性能的影响,并用隧道理论较好地解释了高粘合剂含量时材料的非线性电行为。
Polysulfide rubber modified epoxy resin was used as binder and graphite / coke as matrix. The friction and wear properties and electrical conductivity of the materials were investigated when the content of the components was different. The effect of component content on friction and wear properties was revealed, and the tunneling theory was used to explain the nonlinear electrical behavior of the material with high binder content.
