合成了一种新的新戊氧基钕化合物-[(CH_3)_3CCH_2O]_4Nd_2O,并测定了它的晶体结构。这一化合物与氯化烷基铝和三烷基铝组成的催化体系,可使双烯烃聚合得到顺式-1,4含量为90%~98%的聚合物。该催化体系中Cl/Nd<1.5(摩尔比)时呈现均相性质,聚合丁二烯和异戊二稀的最佳活性分别出现在Cl/Nd=1.5和2.0(摩尔比),而Al/Nd摩尔比均出现在60。
A new neodymium pentoxide compound [- (CH_3) _3CCH_2O] _4Nd_2O was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined. The catalytic system composed of aluminum alkyl chloride and aluminum alkyl chloride can polymerize diolefins to obtain polymer with cis-1,4 content of 90% -98%. The catalytic system showed homogeneity when Cl / Nd <1.5 (molar ratio), and the best activity of polymerized butadiene and isoprene appeared at Cl / Nd = 1.5 and 2.0 (molar ratio) Nd molar ratio appear at 60.
