目的探讨海鞘醇对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法通过淋巴器官指数,腹腔吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,淋巴细胞转化增殖指标研究海鞘醇腹腔注射对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果海鞘醇4mg.kg-1腹腔注射能提高胸腺指数(P<0.05);16mg.kg-1腹腔注射能提高脾指数(P<0.05);海鞘醇4,8,16mg.kg-1腹腔注射能增强吞噬细胞的吞噬功能(P<0.05);但随着剂量的加大,吞噬功能有降低的趋势。海鞘醇4mg.kg-1腹腔注射能使脾淋巴细胞转化增强(P<0.05)。结论海鞘醇4mg.kg-1腹腔注射能提高胸腺指数,增强吞噬细胞的吞噬功能和脾淋巴细胞转化功能,表明海鞘醇对小鼠免疫功能有一定的调节作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of the drug on immune function of mice. Methods The index of lymphoid organ, phagocytic function of peritoneal phagocytes and lymphocyte proliferation and proliferation index were used to study the effect of intraperitoneal injection of sepsis on immune function in mice. Results The intraperitoneal injection of 4 mg.kg-1 of sarcandrin increased the thymus index (P <0.05). The intraperitoneal injection of 16 mg.kg-1 increased the spleen index (P <0.05) Phagocytic cells can enhance the phagocytic function (P <0.05); but with the dose increases, the phagocytic function has a downward trend. Aspirin 4mg.kg-1 intraperitoneal injection can make spleen lymphocyte transformation enhanced (P <0.05). Conclusion The intraperitoneal injection of 4 mg.kg-1 of SD can increase the thymus index, enhance the phagocytic function of phagocytes and the transformation function of splenic lymphocytes, indicating that SD can regulate the immune function of mice.
