目的分析2009-2015年连云港市麻疹监测信息报告管理系统运行评价数据,以发现系统运行中出现的问题,为提高系统监测质量提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对连云港市麻疹监测信息报告管理系统数据进行统计分析。结果 2009-2015年共报告麻疹监测病例1 517例,其中确诊820例(54.05%)。2009年、2010年排除病例报告发病率均低于1/10万,2011-2015年在2.50/10万~3.14/10万之间。48 h内完整调查率和血标本采集率于2009年最低,分别为98.77%和93.13%。结论连云港市麻疹监测信息报告管理系统启用后,运行质量大幅提高并维持高效运转。随着麻疹疫苗的接种率、接种及时率不断提高,全市麻疹发病率较低。为实现消除麻疹的目标,今后应进一步提高监测系统的工作质量和人群免疫水平。 Objective To analyze the data of operation evaluation of management system of measles monitoring information from 2009 to 2015 in Lianyungang so as to find the problems occurred during the operation of the system and provide the basis for improving the quality of system monitoring. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of Lianyungang measles monitoring information report management system. Results A total of 1 517 measles cases were reported in 2009-2015, of which 820 were diagnosed (54.05%). In 2009 and 2010, the incidence of excluded cases was less than 1/10 million and between 2.50 / 100,000 and 3.14 / 100,000 in 2011-2015. The complete survey rate and blood sample collection rate within 48 h were the lowest in 2009, accounting for 98.77% and 93.13% respectively. Conclusions Lianyungang City measles monitoring information reporting management system enabled, the quality of operations significantly improve and maintain efficient operation. With the vaccination rate of measles vaccine, timely vaccination rate increased, the city’s incidence of measles is low. In order to achieve the goal of eliminating measles, the quality of the surveillance system and the level of population immunity should be further improved in the future.
