核电工程具有投资大、周期长的特点,如何在确保安全和质量的前提下,实现项目的进度控制和投资控制目标,是一摆在核电建设者面前的一道难题。本文介绍了在核电项目管理过程中,赢得值管理的普遍应用方案及改进应用方案,如何获取预算值、赢得值及实际值,如何利用参数开展项目管理性工作,剖析其优缺点。分析存在的难点,提出建议改进措施,以期更好提升核电工程项目管理水平。
Nuclear power project has the characteristics of large investment and long cycle. How to realize the goal of progress control and investment control under the precondition of ensuring safety and quality is a difficult problem for nuclear power builders. In this paper, we introduce the universal application programs of win value management and how to improve the application scheme in the process of nuclear power project management, how to get the budget value, the earning value and the actual value, how to use the parameters to carry out the project management work and analyze its advantages and disadvantages. Analyze the existing difficulties and put forward suggestions and measures to improve the project management level of nuclear power projects.
