混凝土细观力学是研究混凝土材料性质的重要方法之一.首先,采用被占区域剔除法生成骨料,该方法能较快地完成高含量骨料的混凝土细观力学模型生成.然后,针对目前混凝土细观力学网格剖分的难题,提出了单元切割法,解决了全级配高含量骨料有限元网格剖分的难题,并且所产生的网格单元形状比较规则均匀.最后编写了三维细观混凝土试件等效弹模的数值计算程序.算例给出了湿筛二级配、三级配以及全级配混凝土的细观力学模型,并将单元切割法产生的网格应用于混凝土细观力学等效弹模的计算,数值计算结果与其他数学方法的结果接近,表明该方法具有较好的实用性.
The meso-mechanics of concrete is one of the most important methods to study the properties of concrete.Firstly, the aggregate is produced by the method of removing the occupied area, which can finish the concrete mesomechanical model generation with high content of aggregate quickly.And then, In order to solve the problem of mesomechanical meshing of concrete, a unit cutting method is proposed, which solves the problem of graded finite element meshing with high content aggregate in the whole grading and produces uniform rules for the shape of grid cells. Numerical simulation program of equivalent elastic model of three-dimensional mesoscopic concrete specimen is given in this paper.The mesoscopic model of the wet-sieved secondary, tertiary and full-grade concrete is given, and the grid produced by the cell cutting method The calculation of the equivalent meso-mechanics modulus of concrete is close to that of other mathematical methods, which shows that the method has good practicability.
