本文利用 Ｈ Ｐ５８９０ 气相色谱 Ｈ Ｐ５９７０ Ｂ 质谱仪，对虫益虫脂肪酸含量进行了研究分析，结果表明，虫益虫体内饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸的含量分别为 ２４７５×１０－ ２ 和 ７１６４×１０－ ２ ， Ｄ Ｈ Ａ 和 Ａ Ａ 含量为 １１２９×１０－ ２ ，亚油酸含量为 ３３５０×１０－ ２。
In this paper, H P5890 GC H P5970 B mass spectrometry of insecticides fatty acids were studied and analyzed, the results show that insecticides in vivo saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids were 24 75 × 10 -2 and 71 64 × 10 -2, D H A and A A were 1129 × 10-2, and linoleic acid content was 3350 × 10-2.
