焊接与铆接、锻造、锻压相比,具有节约金属、简化工序、降低成本等优点。因此,在现代各种工业中广泛应用焊接来作为制造零件和设备的重要手段。焊接的方法很多,常用的是熔焊(电弧焊,气焊等)。焊条钢丝就是用作熔焊母材金属的填充材料。随着现代工业的发展和设备装置的不断改进,对焊条钢丝的要求(质量、品种、规格)也愈来愈高。它的成分、表面质量都会强烈影响焊缝的性能与设备寿命。要保证焊接质量提高,必须从熔焊的本质、合金元素的作用、焊条表面质量影响等综合因素作全面分析。

Its composition, surface quality will strongly affect the weld performance and equipment life. To ensure the welding quality improvement, we must make a comprehensive analysis of the factors such as the nature of fusion welding, the effect of alloying elements and the surface quality of welding electrodes.
