本文是根据直线加速器腔体无氧铜复合板焊接接头技术条件和焊接冶金特点,就焊接材料、焊接工艺与设备、接头性能,以及试验腔和实际产品焊接等方面作了简要的介绍。本文作者设计了六种过渡层焊丝和四种复层铜焊丝,井采用氦和氦+氩混合气体冷焊工艺,分别焊成尺寸为φ942×1500毫米的试验腔和尺寸为φ942×35000毫米的正式产品。检验结果表明,各项性能均达到了原定的技术条件。
This article is based on the linear accelerator chamber oxygen free copper clad plate welded joint technical conditions and welding metallurgy characteristics of welding materials, welding technology and equipment, fittings, as well as the test chamber and the actual product welding and made a brief introduction. The authors designed six kinds of transition layer welding wire and four kinds of clad copper wire, well using helium and helium + argon mixed gas cold welding process, were welded into a test chamber of size φ942 × 1500 mm and a size of φ942 × 35000 mm Formal products. Test results show that the performance of all reached the original technical conditions.
