含高浓度硫化氢的可燃性气体在用半导体传感器检测前必须分离。本文在比较了几种柱吸附材料分离效果的基础上,选用了β,β’一氧二丙腈柱吸附材料来分离硫化氢和可燃性气体。混合气体中的低碳烃类气体(甲烷,乙烷,丙烷,丙烯)首先脱附流入半导体传感器进行检测,硫化氢被排回废气管道。本方法具有分离速度快,分离完全等优点。
Flammable gases containing high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide must be separated before they can be detected by semiconductor sensors. In this paper, based on the separation effect of several column adsorbents, β, β’-oxydisobutyronitrile column adsorbent was used to separate hydrogen sulfide and flammable gas. Low-carbon hydrocarbon gas (methane, ethane, propane, propylene) in the mixed gas is first desorbed into the semiconductor sensor for detection, and the hydrogen sulfide is discharged to the exhaust gas pipe. The method has the advantages of fast separation, complete separation and the like.
