个人信息安全成为当下公众关注的风口、媒体的聚焦点,由于个人信息遭泄露,给当事人造成不应有的经济损失。依法规范、保护个人信息安全迫在眉睫。笔者经过调查,发现个人信息出现安全隐患的原因有三:一是个人对信息安全意识薄弱。个人信息缺乏自我保护、防范意识,个人对信息风险不知、无畏。二是公众管理部门未执行明确告知义务。国家对个人信息管理尚未规范,公众管理服务部门对个人信息安全没有实施 Personal information security has now become the focus of public attention, the focus of the media, due to the disclosure of personal information, causing undue economic losses to the parties. The state has not standardized the management of personal information, and the public management service department has not implemented the personal information security
