本文介绍在传统聚羧酸合成工艺中引入衣康酸、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸,制备出IA-AMPS-AA三元共聚型聚羧酸减水剂,通过正交试验及单因素试验探讨了不同单体用量、引发剂用量、反应温度对聚合物性能的影响,发现当n(IA):n(AMPS):n(AA)=0.1:0.07:1、引发剂用量为单体总质量的0.68%、反应温度为60℃时,制备出的聚羧酸性能最佳,其水泥净浆流动度达到285mm,混凝土初始坍落度/扩展度达到220mm/585mm,28d抗压强度达到137%。
This paper introduces the introduction of itaconic acid, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid in the traditional polycarboxylic acid synthesis process to prepare IA-AMPS-AA ternary copolymer polycarboxylic acid water reducer. Through orthogonal test The effects of different monomer amount, initiator amount and reaction temperature on the properties of the polymer were investigated by single factor test.
