当前,地方本科院校经济管理类专业实践教学普遍存在缺乏对实践环节的足够重视;没有建立完善的实践教学体系;缺乏“双师双能型”教师;缺乏实习实训基地支撑等问题。鉴于此,笔者认为必须以专业技能为导向,解放思想,转变观念;构建科学的实践教学体系;加强“双师双能型”教师队伍建设;加强与校内外企业合作。 At present, the practical teaching of economic and management major in local undergraduate colleges is lacking in enough emphasis on practical aspects; there is no perfect practical teaching system; there is a lack of teachers of “double-teacher and dual-ability”; and the lack of support for practical training bases . In view of this, I believe that we must take professional skills as the guide, emancipate the mind, change their concepts; to build a scientific practice teaching system; strengthen “double division dual energy ” teachers; strengthen cooperation with enterprises inside and outside the school.
