1940年10月27日,日本侵略军的飞机侵入浙江省宁波市区上空,投下染有鼠疫杆菌的疫蚤及麦粒、面粉等物,导致109名无辜市民陆续暴死,宁波这座江南小城成为了名副其实的“鼠疫场”。但是,日本政府至今还不承认这一滔天罪行。为使日本细菌战罪行昭白于天下,黄可泰从60年代起至今,一直对这一事件进行调查研究,并为细菌战受害者索赔倾力指证。
On October 27, 1940, 109 Japanese aggressors’ aircraft invaded Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, dropping plague infected with Yersinia pestis and wheat grains and flour, causing 109 innocent citizens to die in a row. The southern city of Ningbo Became a veritable “plague field.” However, the Japanese government still does not recognize this heinous crime.
