酞丁安(3-酞酰亚胺-2-氧-正丁醛双缩硫代氨基脲)是一种合成的抗病毒新药,系由中国医学科学院药物研究所合成的一种双缩硫代氨基脲新化合物。对沙眼衣原体及大鼠瓦克癌肉瘤均有抑制作用,现在已作为沙眼药用于临床。此外,酞丁安在细胞培养内对单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型也有抑制作用。临床试用表明对疱疹病毒引起的皮肤病及人乳头瘤病毒引起的病毒性性病,尖锐湿疣都有显著疗效,并已于1984年9月作为抗病毒新药通过鉴定。 为进一步研究其抗病毒作用机制(结构与功能关系),以寻找新的抗病毒药物,采用X射线单晶衍射方法测定其立体化学结构。

Clinical trials showed that the herpes simplex virus-induced skin diseases and human papillomavirus-induced viral diseases, genital warts have a significant effect, and in 1984 September as antiviral drugs through the identification. In order to further study its antiviral mechanism (structure-function relationship), in order to find a new antiviral drug, its stereochemical structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction method.
