[目的]建立高效液相色谱同时检测精甲霜灵、氟啶胺的分析方法。[方法]以乙腈-0.2%乙酸溶液为流动相,使用Waters Sunfire C18为填料的不锈钢柱和VWD检测器,在212、240 nm波长下对10%精甲霜灵·氟啶胺颗粒剂进行分离和定量分析。[结果]该方法检测精甲霜灵、氟啶胺的线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9999;标准偏差分别为0.09、0.11,变异系数分别为0.94%、1.14%,平均回收率分别为103.3%、98.2%。[结论]分析方法具有操作简便、快速,分离效果好、准确度和精确度高、线性关系好的特点。
[Objective] To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of metalaxyl and fluazinam. [Method] The 10% dextromethorphan / fluridamine granules were separated at a wavelength of 212 and 240 nm by using acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid solution as the mobile phase and a Waters Sunfire C18-packed stainless steel column and VWD detector. And quantitative analysis. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients of this method for metformin and fluazinam were 0.9999 and 0.9999, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.09 and 0.11, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.94% and 1.14% respectively. The average recoveries were 103.3% 98.2%. [Conclusion] The analysis method has the advantages of simple and rapid operation, good separation effect, high accuracy and precision, and good linear relationship.
