舆论可以视为社会中大多数人基于对某一事物或现象的观察和理解所反映出的意见集合体,当某事件在一定时间和范围内出现舆情倾向时,也就意味着该事件吸引了足够多的人去关注,于是便有了舆论的空间概念——舆论场。由于舆论所呈现的公共意识在不同社会阶层角度各异,加之发声轨迹在不同时间段内难以有效整合,因此舆论在不同形式上产生分化便顺理成章,舆论场实则是以互联网为背景的新媒体环境下对舆论形态的区分。以传播主体进行划分,可以分为官方舆论场和民间舆论场。民间舆论场“短、平、快”的特点是官方舆论场无法比拟的,但官方舆论场语言具有严肃性和权威性的优势,官方舆论场如何取长补短,对事件发生后的危机舆情进行有效的引导,第一时间控制话语权至关重要。
