提高仪器法在物料成分检验方面所起的作用是现代分析化学发展的重要趋势之一。试样的预先化学制备在许多情况下都会限制高效仪器分析法的使用效果。本文综述了打开稀有金属和半导体工业样品所使用的各种溶剂和熔剂以及为使易水解元素保持在溶液中以便用原子吸收测定(AAC)、电感耦合等离子体(NCFI)和X—射线萤光(PφA)法分析各种物料时所使用的络合剂。
One of the important trends in the development of modern analytical chemistry is to improve the instrumental role played by instrumentation in material composition testing. Pre-chemical preparation of the sample in many cases will limit the use of high-performance instrumental analysis. This article reviews the various solvents and fluxes used to open rare metal and semiconductor industrial samples as well as to maintain the readily hydrolyzable elements in solution for atomic absorption spectrometry (AAC), inductively coupled plasma (NCFI), and X-ray fluorescence (PφA) method for the analysis of various materials used complexing agent.
