16MnR、316L钢在高含硫原油中的腐蚀性试验研究表明 :现有的 16MnR钢制的常减压设备在总硫含量小于 2 .0 %的情况下仍可继续使用。在炼制高硫油的常减压装置中 ,16MnR钢制设备的均匀腐蚀速率可取 0 .16mm/a。在 316L钢慢拉伸应力腐蚀试验中 ,Cl- 浓度和温度对应力腐蚀的影响较大 ,而H2 S浓度和pH值的影响相对较小 ,出现应力腐蚀的Cl- 起始浓度约为 2 5 0mg/L。
