目的探讨高职高专院校学生应对方式和心理健康的关系,为高职高专院校心理健康教育和干预策略提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和肖计划修订的应对方式问卷对沧州市3所高职高专院校309名在校生进行测查。结果高职高专院校学生的心理健康得分明显高于常模;在心理健康的躯体化和偏执因子上、在应对方式的合理化和自责因子上,男女生存在显著差异;积极的应对方式——解决问题与强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性、恐怖呈负相关;求助与抑郁、精神病性呈负相关;消极的应对方式与心理健康各因子分之间呈正相关。结论高职高专院校学生心理健康水平低,并与应对方式密切相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between coping styles and mental health of students in higher vocational colleges and provide basis for mental health education and intervention strategies in higher vocational colleges. Methods A total of 309 students from 3 higher vocational colleges in Cangzhou city were surveyed by questionnaire of Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) and Shaw Plan Revised Coping Style. Results The mental health scores of students in higher vocational colleges were significantly higher than that of norm. In terms of somatization and paranoid factors of mental health, there were significant differences between male and female students in the rationalization and self-blame coping style of coping styles. Positive coping styles - Solving problems are negatively correlated with coercion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, psychosis, and horror; help and depression and psychosis are negatively correlated; and negative coping styles and mental health factors are positively correlated. Conclusion The mental health of students in higher vocational colleges is low and is closely related to coping style.
