黄贝平甲胶囊对Graves病小鼠Bcl-2及Bax表达的影响

目的观察黄贝平甲胶囊与他巴唑联用对Graves病(毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿)小鼠Bcl-2及Bax表达的影响。方法用BALB/c雌性小鼠建立Graves病动物模型,在用药物干预后,采用放射免疫分析检测甲状腺素(TT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、TSH受体抗体(TRAb)及逆转录-PCR方法测定Bcl-2、Bax表达量。结果黄贝平甲胶囊组治疗后的TT4、TRAb较模型组明显降低(P<0.05),而TSH的改变则无统计学意义。他巴唑组、黄贝平甲胶囊与他巴唑联用组治疗后,TT4、TRAb均较模型组显著降低,而TSH明显升高(P<0.05);Bcl-2较模型组显著降低(P<0.05),Bax较模型组显著升高(P<0.05),以联合用药组更为明显。结论黄贝平甲胶囊与他巴唑联用对Graves病小鼠Bcl-2及Bax的表达有明显的调节作用,较单独使用黄贝平甲胶囊更有效。 Objective To observe the effect of Huang Bei Ping Jia capsules combined with methimazole on the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in mice with Grave’s disease (diffuse toxic goiter). Methods Animal models of Graves’ disease were established in BALB / c female mice. The levels of thyroid hormone (TT4), thyrotropin (TSH), TSH receptor antibody (TRAb) and reverse transcriptase-PCR Methods The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was measured. Results The levels of TT4 and TRAb in Huang Bei Ping Jia Capsule group were significantly lower than those in the model group (P <0.05), while the changes in TSH were not statistically significant. Compared with model group, TT4 and TRAb significantly decreased (P <0.05), and Bcl-2 decreased significantly compared with model group (P < 0.05), Bax was significantly higher than the model group (P <0.05), combined with the drug group was more obvious. Conclusions Huang Bei Ping Jia Capsules combined with Metarbazole may have a significant effect on the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in mice with Graves’ disease, which is more effective than Huang Bei Ping Jia Capsules alone.
