钒钛磁铁精矿由于含有较高的TiO2与Al2O3等成分,烧结初始熔点高,生成的液相量少,矿物组成复杂,长期影响了烧结矿强度与冶金性能。通过添加硼酸与硼铁精矿进行烧结试验研究,结果表明随着烧结矿B2O3含量增加,烧结熔点降低,烧结矿铁酸钙含量增加,强度与冶金性能改善,利用系数提高,但B2O3含量超过0.23%后指标有变差的趋势。加硼铁精矿综合效果优于加硼酸。
Due to the high content of TiO2 and Al2O3, the vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate has high initial melting point, low liquid phase and complex mineral composition, which affects the strength and metallurgical properties of sinter for a long time.
