目的探讨孕期营养指导对孕妇分娩结局的影响。方法选取围生期常规检查的孕妇96例作为研究对象。按照入院顺序随机分为试验组和对照组,各48例。试验组对孕妇进行营养指导,对照组临床常规指导,不进行营养指导。观察2组孕妇孕期营养物质摄入情况、新生儿孕期并发症发生情况。结果试验组孕妇蛋白质、维生素A、叶酸、铁、锌、钙、钠摄入量高于对照组,脂肪摄入量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组新生儿并发症胎儿窒息、宫内窘迫、生长受限、巨大儿、低出生体重儿发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期营养指导对孕妇分娩结局有显著影响,可以改善微量元素水平,降低新生儿孕期并发症发生,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the influence of nutritional guidance during pregnancy on the delivery outcome of pregnant women. Methods Ninety-six pregnant women with perinatal routine examination were selected as the research object. In accordance with the order of admission were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each 48 cases. The experimental group conducted nutritional guidance on pregnant women, while the control group underwent routine clinical guidance without nutritional guidance. Observed two groups of pregnant women intake of nutrients during pregnancy, neonatal complications during pregnancy. Results The intake of protein, vitamin A, folic acid, iron, zinc, calcium and sodium in the pregnant women in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and their fat intake was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05) Complications of fetal asphyxia, intrauterine distress, growth restriction, macrosomia, low birth weight infants incidence was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Nutritional guidance during pregnancy has a significant effect on the outcome of delivery of pregnant women, which can improve the level of trace elements and reduce the incidence of complications during pregnancy, with high clinical value.
