体表电位标测(BSPM)能记录心脏局部电生理状态,尤其对缺血性心脏病的异常电活动能准确地检测和定位。据作者所知,文献上只有1篇报告将 BSPM 与左室造影相联系,对 BSPM 诊断室壁运动异常的标准有待确立。为扩大BSPM 的临床应用范围,作者试图发现室壁运动异常时BSPM 的特殊图形。资料和方法 98例中,男89例,女9例,年龄30—70岁。均经血管造影证实有冠状动脉疾病(CAD),冠状动脉狭窄程度≥70%。98例中35例为左前降支(LAD)病变,5例为左回旋支(LCX)病变,13例为右冠脉(RCA)病变,15例为 RCA+LAD 病变,11例为 LAD+LCX 病变,19例为三支冠脉病变。左室造影显示49例有室壁运动异常,另49例则无。BSPM 采用 Yamade 等设计的心电标测系统,该系统同
Body surface potential measurement (BSPM) can record the local electrophysiological state of the heart, especially for the abnormal electrical activity of ischemic heart disease can accurately detect and locate. To the authors’ knowledge, there is only one report in the literature linking BSPM to left ventricular angiography, and the criteria for BSPM to diagnose abnormal wall motion have yet to be established. To expand the clinical application of BSPM, the authors attempted to identify specific patterns of BSPM in patients with abnormal wall motion. Materials and Methods 98 cases, 89 males and 9 females, aged 30-70 years. Coronary artery disease was confirmed by angiography (CAD), the degree of coronary stenosis ≥ 70%.
