在激烈的市场竞争中,为了实现自身的生存与发展,高效的管理体制和制度体系受到中小民营企业的关注和认可。本论文引用人力资源能力成熟度模型(P-CMM)在绩效管理的方法,并介绍了的一般模式P-CMM方法绩效管理P-CMM,然后学习其他绩效管理的理论和方法。绩效管理是中小企业发展的关键。最后,设计了适合我国民营中小企业的绩效管理体系模型。
In the fierce market competition, in order to achieve their own survival and development, efficient management system and system of small and medium private enterprises by the concern and recognition. This dissertation refers to the P-CMM approach to performance management and introduces the P-CMM approach to P-CMM. Then, it studies other theories and methods of performance management. Performance management is the key to the development of SMEs. Finally, it designs a performance management system model suitable for our country’s private SMEs.
