目的 :探讨低能量He Ne激光血管内照射 (ILIB)配合中药治疗实验性糖尿病脑梗塞家兔血流变及超氧化物歧化酶水平的影响。方法 :经四氧嘧啶造成糖尿病及光化学方法造成脑梗塞的高脂家兔糖尿病脑梗塞模型 2 8只 ,分模型组、单纯激光照射组、中药糖脑络通方治疗组、激光 +中药组进行不同治疗 ,测其血液流变学及超氧化物歧化酶水平 ,进行组间比较及与正常组 7只比较。结果 :与模型组比较 ,ILIB、糖脑络通方以及联合治疗组均可见全血中切交率显著改善 ,红细胞变形指数、聚集指数和全血高切还原黏度显著减低 ,纤维蛋白原显著减少 ,超氧化物歧化酶含量显著升高。联合治疗组比单纯治疗组疗效显著。结论 :低能量He Ne激光血管内照射、中药糖脑络通方、激光 +中药均可有效地改善糖尿病脑梗塞模型血流变异常状态 ,升高自由基清除能力 ,从而对糖尿病脑梗塞有一定改善作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of low energy He Ne laser intravascular irradiation (ILIB) combined with traditional Chinese medicine on blood rheology and superoxide dismutase (SOD) level in rabbits with experimental diabetic cerebral infarction. Methods: Twenty-eight hyperlipidemic rabbits with cerebral infarction caused by diabetes and photochemical method caused by alloxan were divided into model group, simple laser irradiation group, traditional Chinese medicine Tangnaoluotongfang group and laser plus traditional Chinese medicine group Different treatment, measured the hemorheology and superoxide dismutase levels, compared between groups and with the normal group of 7 only. Results: Compared with the model group, ILIB, Tangnaoluo Tongfang and combined treatment group showed that the rate of cut-off in whole blood was significantly improved, the erythrocyte deformability index, aggregation index and the reduction viscosity in whole blood were significantly decreased, fibrinogen was significantly decreased , Superoxide dismutase content was significantly increased. Combination therapy group than the simple treatment group significant effect. CONCLUSION: Low-energy He Ne laser intravascular irradiation, Chinese medicine Tangnaoluotong prescription and laser plus traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the abnormal blood rheology of diabetic cerebral infarction model and increase the free radical scavenging ability, so as to have a definite effect on diabetic cerebral infarction Improve effect
