在石油矿场设备中已应用的诊断技术主要有:压气站风机的振动监测与诊断、离心压缩机的状态监测、引风机主轴承座的不同心故障诊断、热处理工序中温度的红外监测、注水离心泵机组监测诊断系统、输油泵机组动态监测与保护系统。现在的问题是所采用的技术单调、应用范围窄小、在线技术缺乏和技术队伍短缺。建议石油行业尽快确立以预知维修为主的维修制度;建立一支高素质的设备诊断技术理论队伍;成立设备诊断技术研究中心和工程公司
