以一种新型升降支撑系统试验架为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件对升降支撑系统的整体进行了全面力学特性分析,对该种结构做了整体稳定性的研究,对升降支撑系统结构的力学性能有了更深的了解。按照搭设的结构建立有限元模型,利用梁单元模拟结构中的杆件,对升降支撑系统的静力性能进行分析,并结合试验数据的分析结果,对这一新型结构各方面性能进行全面的科学论证,为更好地推广这一产品提供一定的理论参考。
Taking a new type of test rig for lifting and supporting system as the research object, the overall mechanical characteristics of the ascending and descending support system were analyzed by ANSYS software. The overall stability of this kind of structure was studied. The mechanical properties of the ascending and descending supporting system A deeper understanding. According to the erected structure, the finite element model is established, and the beam element in the structure is used to analyze the static performance of the hoisting and supporting system. Based on the analysis results of the test data, a comprehensive and scientific study on the performance of the new structure is carried out. Demonstration, in order to promote this product to provide a better theoretical reference.
