Objective To observe the influence of flight training on the function of pilot’s kidneys. Methods Thirty F-7 pilots were selected to collect fasting urine samples before and 1 day and 2 days after flight. Urinary N-acetylglucosaminidase (NAG) and urinary microalbumin (MALB) . The urine samples of different time groups were statistically processed. Results The NAG and mALB of morning urine before pilots’ flight were in the normal range, and there was no obvious change of NAG on the first day and the second day after flight. There were 8 (26.67%) morning urine mALB increased on the first day after flight, which was significantly different from pre-flight and post-flight day 2 (P <0.05). Conclusion Common flight training has no significant effect on renal tubular function, and has a transient effect on the glomerular filtration function of some pilots.
