本文阐述了采用反向乳液聚合法,用丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰氧丁基磺酸(AOBAS)合成增粘剂。由实验确定最佳其合成条件,介质保持中性。并与现场常用的80A51对比,评价其加量对增粘效果的影响及抗温、抗盐、抑制性、润滑性。合成出的产品达到了以下性能指标:抗温达180℃;抗盐达20%;钻屑回收率为91.55%;润滑系数0.205。且以上性能均较80A51好。
This article describes the use of reverse emulsion polymerization, with acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA), 2-acryloyloxybutyl sulfonic acid (AOBAS) synthesis of tackifiers. The optimum conditions for the synthesis were determined experimentally and the medium was kept neutral. And compared with the field commonly used 80A51, evaluate the effect of its dosage on the viscosity-increasing effect and its resistance to temperature, salt, inhibition and lubricity. The synthesized product achieves the following performance indexes: temperature resistance up to 180 ℃, salt resistance up to 20%, recovery rate of cuttings of 91.55% and lubrication coefficient of 0.205. And the above performance is better than 80A51.
