1 概况有一用户委托我们加工一长达7.6米的糖机搅拌轴,要求工件加工后头尾轴的不同心度偏差不超过0.1毫米,中间空心轴对头尾轴的不同心度偏差不超过2.5毫米。如果先把头尾轴与中间空心轴焊接再进行加工,比较容易达到上述要求。但由于工件长度达7.6米,总重量达878公斤,如果焊后再进行机加工,每根轴需花费1万多元加工费,且需大型加工设备。所以我们采取先加工好头尾轴与中间空心轴再装配和采用CO_2焊接工艺焊接。因为CO_2焊电流密度大,效率高,变形小,比较容易达到工件要求。
