结果发现:①适于胎龄儿及其孕母游离脂肪酸水平,32～36周与37～41周间无差异。胎儿水平始终低于孕母水平;②小于胎龄儿及其孕母水平,32～36周时分别与适于胎龄儿其孕母的水平无差异,但在37～41周,均分别高于适于胎龄儿及其孕母水平。结果提示:正常妊娠晚期母儿血游离脂肪酸水平相对稳定,但在宫内发育迟缓妊娠,临产前母儿血游离脂肪酸水平升高,原因未明。
