投资效益的高低在很大程度上影响和决定着一个国家或地区的宏观经济效益水平、经济增长方式以及国民经济能否持续、快速、健康的发展。本文对河北省“八五”期间和“九五”期初的投资效益水平进行了计算和分析，找出了存在问题，对问题的原因进行了剖析，在此基础上提出了提高河北省投资效益的政策建议。
To a large extent, the level of investment returns affects and determines the level of macroeconomic benefits, the mode of economic growth and the sustainable, rapid and healthy development of the national economy in a country or region. This paper calculates and analyzes the investment returns of Hebei Province in the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period and the beginning of “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, finds the existing problems and analyzes the causes of the problems. Based on this, it puts forward some suggestions to improve the investment returns in Hebei Province Policy recommendations.
