现阶段我国直肠癌的发病部位以中低位直肠为主，且低龄患者占比增多。由于原发性肿瘤的手术切除依旧是直肠癌治疗的基石，因此低位直肠癌根治性术后保留肛门成为当下低位直肠癌治疗的热点。文章就低位直肠癌保肛治疗的研究进展做一综述。“,”The diseased location of rectal cancer in China is mainly in the middle and low rectum, and the proportion of young patients is increasing. As the surgical resection of primary tumor is still the cornerstone of rectal cancer treatment, it has become the hotspot in the treatment of low rectal cancer to preserve the anus after radical surgery. This paper reviews the research progress of sphincter-preserving treatment for low rectal cancer.
