为探讨不同负荷量作用后的机体靶细胞GR的变化特征,本实验复制两种不同运动负荷量的动物运动模型,分别比较:(1)不同强度运动训练后大鼠心、肾胞液GR的变化;(2)7周递增运动负荷训练后大鼠肝胞液GR结合量的变化。采用竞争性蛋白结合分析法检测血浆皮质酮浓度;放射配体结合分析法测定靶细胞胞液糖皮质激素受体结合量。结果发现,运动后GR减少呈运动负荷量依赖性。对这种变化的可能机制和生理意义进行了讨论。
In order to explore the characteristics of GR of target cells after different loadings, two kinds of animal models were duplicated with different exercise loads: (1) GR (2) Changes of GR binding capacity in rat liver cytosols after 7 weeks of exercise training. Plasma corticosterone concentration was measured by competitive protein binding assay. The binding of cytosolic glucocorticoid receptor to target cells was determined by radioligand binding assay. The results showed that after exercise, GR decreased exercise load dependence. The possible mechanisms and physiological implications of such changes are discussed.
