本文提出了用气相色谱和薄层层析相结合的方法,分离与测定13个DDT及其降解产物。在所试验的色谱柱中,选用了5%QF-1和5%QF-1+5%SE-30两根,两者配合使用,可以分析上述Kelthane和DBP以外的DDT类化合物。为克服Kelthane和DBP在色谱分析中的困难,认为用薄层层析法把两者分离,操作简便,试剂用量少,优于一般采用的层析法。同时报导了对土壤样品中DDT类化合物的提取与净化技术,结果表明,采用石油醚-乙醚(1:1)提取,并用卯罗里土净化,石油醚-乙醚(1:1)淋洗,可回收DDT类化合物达90%以上。
In this paper, 13 DDTs and their degradation products were isolated and determined by a combination of gas chromatography and thin-layer chromatography. Two of the tested columns, 5% QF-1 and 5% QF-1 + 5% SE-30, were used in combination to analyze DDT compounds other than Kelthane and DBP. In order to overcome the difficulties in chromatographic analysis of Kelthane and DBP, it is considered that the two methods are separated by thin-layer chromatography, and the operation is simple and the reagent dosage is less, which is better than the commonly used chromatographic method. At the same time, the technology of extraction and purification of DDT compounds in soil samples was reported. The results showed that petroleum ether - diethyl ether (1: 1) DDT compounds can be recycled up to 90%.
