[目的]通过两种检验流感病毒方法结果的对比,选择出一种方便快捷、敏感特异、稳定性强的快速检测技术。[方法]通过一起某小学局部暴发急性呼吸道疫情,采集21份样本分别进行现场GICA检测和实验室RT-PCR检测对比。[结果]两种检验方法检测结果差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.42,P﹥0.5)。[结论]方便快捷的GICA法快速检测流感病毒抗原的诊断方法,可作为急性呼吸道暴发疫情和临床检验有价值的筛查手段。
[Objective] To compare the results of two kinds of tests for influenza virus and select a rapid, sensitive, specific and stable rapid detection technique. [Method] A total of 21 samples were collected for on-site GICA detection and laboratory RT-PCR detection by comparing with the local outbreak of acute respiratory outbreak in a primary school. [Results] There was no significant difference between the two test methods (χ2 = 0.42, P> 0.5). [Conclusion] The rapid and convenient GICA method for rapid detection of influenza virus antigens can be used as a valuable screening tool for acute respiratory outbreaks and clinical tests.
