目的观察扶正养营汤对免疫介导再生障碍性贫血(再障)小鼠骨髓增殖的影响。方法将按姚军等方法,以DBA小鼠的胸腺细胞悬液尾静脉输注给亚致死剂量照射的BALB/c小鼠,制作免疫介导再障小鼠模型40只随机分为再障组、中药组、西药组和中西药组4组,另用同批正常BALB/c小鼠10只作为正常对照组。分别胃饲生理盐水(再障组和正常对照组),扶正养营汤(中药组),环孢霉素A(西药组),扶正养营汤+环孢霉素A(中西药组)。10d后,记数外周血象,骨髓有核细胞,测定骨髓造血组织容量。结果再障组小鼠外周血象记数,骨髓有核细胞数,造血组织容量低于正常小鼠,而中药组,西药组较再障组显著增加,尤以中西医结合组疗效最为显著。结论扶正养营汤对再障小鼠疗效显著,能改善骨髓增殖。
Objective To observe the effect of Fuzheng Yangying Decoction on immune-mediated bone marrow proliferation in mice with aplastic anemia (aplastic anemia). Methods According to Yao Jun and other methods, DBA mouse thymus cell suspension tail vein was infused into sub-lethal dosed BALB/c mice. 40 immune-mediated aplastic anemia models were randomly divided into AA group. , Chinese medicine group, Western medicine group and Chinese and Western medicine group 4 groups, and the same batch of normal BALB / c mice 10 as the normal control group. Gastric feeding respectively saline (aplastic anemia group and normal control group), Fuzheng Yangying Decoction (Chinese medicine group), Cyclosporin A (Western medicine group), Fuzheng Yangying Decoction + Cyclosporin A (Chinese and Western medicine group). After 10 days, peripheral blood was counted, bone marrow nucleated cells, and bone marrow hematopoietic tissue volume was measured. Results The blood count, bone marrow nucleated cell count and hematopoietic capacity of aplastic anemia mice were lower than normal mice, while the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group were significantly increased compared with the aplastic anemia group, especially in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group. Conclusion Fuzheng Yangying Decoction has a significant effect on aplastic anemia mice and can improve bone marrow proliferation.
