目的探讨综合性激励机制在护理管理中的应用价值。方法在2014年1月—2014年12月期间,采用综合性激励的方式激发该院护理人员的工作积极性和创造力,与2013年1月—2013年12月期间激励前相对比,比较医生满意度,技术操作合格率,差错发生率,理论考核合格率及患者满意度。结果对该院护理人员采用综合性激励机制后,医生满意度为96%,技术操作合格率为95%,理论考核合格率92%,差错发生率为1%,患者满意度为98%均优于综合激励前,前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性激励机制应用到护理管理中,能够有效调动护理人员的工作积极性,充分发挥其创造力,促使医护人员高效率,高水准完成各项工作,值得在未来的护理管理中继续摸索和应用。
Objective To explore the value of comprehensive incentive mechanism in nursing management. Methods From January 2014 to December 2014, the method of comprehensive incentive was used to stimulate the work enthusiasm and creativity of nurses in the hospital. Compared with the pre-incentive period from January 2013 to December 2013, the physician was satisfied Degree, technical operation pass rate, error rate, theoretical evaluation pass rate and patient satisfaction. Results After using a comprehensive incentive mechanism, doctors’ satisfaction was 96%, technical operation 95%, theoretical evaluation 92%, error 1%, and patient satisfaction 98% Before and after the comprehensive incentive, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive incentive mechanism applied to nursing management can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses, give full play to their creativity and prompt the medical staff to complete various tasks with high efficiency and high standards. It is worth further exploration and application in future nursing management .
