目的:对利用64排螺旋CT血管造影VR成像技术和DSA成像技术对患有颅内动脉瘤的患者进行诊断的临床应用价值进行研究分析。方法:抽取94例经病理学检验确诊为颅内动脉瘤的临床患者病例,将其分为A、B2组,平均每组47例。A组患者在治疗前采用DSA成像技术进行诊断;B组患者在治疗前采用64排螺旋CT血管造影VR成像技术进行诊断。结果:B组患者诊断结果与病理学检查结果的符合率明显高于A组患者;该组患者诊断检查所需时间明显短于A组患者;该组患者及家属对诊断的满意度明显高于A组患者;2组患者在诊断过程中没有出现任何不适反应。结论:利用64排螺旋CT血管造影VR成像技术对患有颅内动脉瘤的患者进行诊断的准确率非常高,且检查所需时间更短。
Objective: To study the clinical value of using 64-slice spiral CT Angiography VR imaging and DSA imaging in the diagnosis of patients with intracranial aneurysms. Methods: Ninety-four cases of clinical patients diagnosed as intracranial aneurysm by pathology were divided into A and B2 groups, with an average of 47 cases in each group. Patients in group A were diagnosed by DSA before treatment. Patients in group B were diagnosed by using 64-slice spiral CT angiography (VR) imaging before treatment. Results: The coincidence rate between the diagnosis results of group B and the results of pathological examination was significantly higher than that of group A; the time needed for diagnosis in this group was significantly shorter than that of group A; the satisfaction of patients and their families in diagnosis was significantly higher than that of group A A group of patients; two groups of patients in the diagnosis did not appear any discomfort reaction. Conclusion: The diagnostic accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT Angiography VR imaging for patients with intracranial aneurysms is very high and the time required for the examination is shorter.
