目的:比较丁咯地尔(甲氧吡丁苯)两种片剂在家犬体内药代动力学和相对生物利用度。方法:高效液相紫外检测法。结果:家犬口服后,其体内血药浓度时间曲线符合一室开放模型,其主要药代动力学参数分别为:cmax(16.24±4.96)mg·L-1L和(15.91±5.94)mg·L-1;tmax(0.84±0.45)h和(0.82±0.49)h;AUC(99.13±23.22)mg·h·L-1和(97.94±25.63)mg·h·L-1。结论:国产甲氧吡丁苯片剂对进口甲氧吡丁苯片剂相对生物利用度为98.57%,可以认为国产片与进口片生物等效。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of buflomedil (trimethoprim) in domestic dogs. Methods: HPLC UV detection method. Results: After oral administration, the in vivo blood concentration-time curves of the domestic dogs were in line with the open-chamber model. The main pharmacokinetic parameters of dogs were: cmax (16.24 ± 4.96) mg · L-1L and (15. 91 ± 5.94) mg · L-1; tmax (0.84 ± 0.45) h and (0.82 ± 0.49) h; AUC (99.13 ± 23.22) mg · h · L -1 and (97.94 ± 25.63) mg · h · L-1, respectively. CONCLUSION: The relative bioavailability of domestic trimethoprim tablets to imported trimethoprim tablets is 98.57%. It can be considered that domestic tablets are bioequivalent to imported tablets.
