丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)非结构蛋白 NS3共有 6 31个氨基酸组成 ,具有丝氨酸蛋白酶和三磷酸核苷酶 (NTPase)和螺旋酶 (Helicase)的功能 ,在 HCV多聚蛋白的成熟和病毒复制过程中发挥重要作用。非结构蛋白NS3具有较强的免疫原性和抗原性 ,是检测 HCV感染的主要抗原之一。近年的研究发现 NS3内部的裂解产物更具有致癌潜能。此外 ,NS3蛋白还参与 NS5 A的超磷酸化修饰过程等。
